The Spider-man video game starts off with Peter waking up and getting the information that the police are finally taking down Fisk or the Kingpin. He quickly gets ready, putting on the iconic original suit he jumps out of his window with the song Alive by Warbly Jets instantly letting you take control to get to  swinging.  With a phenomenal story and great action, this game is worth it!

The absolute best part of this game is THE WEB SWINGING! There are very few games that accurately represent Spider-man’s web swinging but this game does it justice. The movement is smooth and accompanied by great music. It doesn’t get dull as you are able to quickly transition from swinging to running on the side of a skyscraper and then jumping back into swinging. It never fails to make you feel like Spider-man.

The combat is also terrific.  With different gadgets and techniques you can unlock from skill points or getting certain tokens for doing things around the city, the combat is always different.  There are also suit powers which you unlock from crafting different suits. These suit mods can give advantages in combat by giving Spider-man harder punches or less gravity. There are 45 different suits

Another fantastic amazing part of Spider-man is ttal. Around half of them actually come with suit powers but the others are just for design which is ok because they are very fun to wear and look great when contrasted with the environment. There are suits 45 different suits including suits from the Spider-man movies like Tobey Maguire’s suit from the original Spider-man movies, Andrew Garfield’s suit from the first Amazing Spider-Man movie and a multiple of Tom Holland’s suits.

The graphics and the attention to detail of this game are amazing. There are reflections on all of the windows and you can see inside a lot of buildings. The attention to detail in the game is insane whether it’s the sound of running on glass compared to concrete sounds or the way your movement affects the environment.

Rating this game was difficult because everything was amazing and because of that I would have to give it a 10/10. There was never a moment in the game where I felt bored or annoyed. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Spider-man.
